Date: _____________ Pay Per Click Agreement

This is a pay per click agreement between Website Advancement LLC (Further know as "the company"or "company) and ____________________________ (further known as "Client" or "the client"). Client agrees to pay the company an amount of $499.98 for the initial setup and management of the campaign and the remaining sum of $__________ will be expedited to the major search engines (Google) for the purchase of Traffic. Responsibilities of the Company: The company will have full control over the campaign. The company will decide what keywords to bid on, bid amount, Content for the ads, negative keywords, what geographical locations the ad will be placed, and all other management details. The company will report to client every month (date agreed upon by client and company) to review campaign, traffic analysis , and outline any changes that are to be made to campaign.

Responsibilities of Client:
Client agrees to give full control of the pay per click campaign to the company. Client will actively participate in weekly reviews (unless agreed upon by company and client). Client will supply traffic counting and statistics to company when requested (providing that the information is available to the client).

Refunds/Warranties and Guarantees:
Client understands that as long as company can prove proof of purchase of traffic, all spent funds are nonrefundable.
If Client wishes to terminate agreement before budget is spent a refund/cancellation request must be submitted in writing (email) to the Director of Website Advancement (admin@websiteadvancement.net). The $499.98 setup and management fee is nonrefundable, monies paid to the search engines are nonrefundable, monies that have not been paid to the search engines are refundable. Under no conditions has the company, or will the company guaranteed Sales.

Other Detail:
After campaigns budget is finished client is entitled to a final review of campaign. During the review any further services will be negotiated. This agreement will not automatically renew at the end of the campaign. Before campaign is activated a report will be given to client outlining goals of the campaign. Only after client approves the campaign will the campaign start and monies start to be paid to the search engines. After payment and signed agreement have been received by the company, the company has 5-10 business days to set up the campaign.
